NA = Net Addition / Net Add
What is NA?
NA is the short form of the term Net Addition. NA in telco means the number of active sim in a given period after subtracting the churn figure for the same period.
How to Calculate NA?
Or, Net Addition = Gross Addition – Churn
Example:
If in the month of January 2017 Telco “A” sold 100 connections, and 10 SIMs were churned, while 90 of the sold connections became active on that month, what is the NA of Telco “A” for the month of January 2017?
Answer:
NA = GA – Churn
NA = 90 – 10 = 80
