This 10:15 AM mark is when the clock for MTTR typically starts ticking (from detection to resolution).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s how MTTR would apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Detection\/Confirmation Time (MTTR Start):<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The operations team confirms the critical shopping cart bug at\u00a0<strong>10:15 AM<\/strong>. This is the point where they\u2019ve identified the problem and begin actively working on a solution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Investigation and Diagnosis:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The team immediately begins investigating.
