PAU

PAU: Peak Active Users (or Concurrent Users)

Definition: The maximum number of users actively using your product or service at the same single point in time. This is particularly relevant for real-time applications, games, or live events.

How to Calculate: Continuously monitor and record the highest number of simultaneous active users within a given timeframe (e.g., per hour, per day). This often requires specialized tracking infrastructure

Formula: PAU=Max Number of Simultaneous Active Users

Although typically PAU refers to Peak Active Users, some Telco may also Refer PAU as Pack Active User. When this is user for Packs, it refers to the unique users who purchase telco packages or bundles using their app in last 30 days.
